Speaking at a City Council meeting is easy!

1. Go to Zoom.Us to create a FREE account – OR download the app to your phone:

2. Go To: and fill out the “Council Public Participation Request” form. You will then be sent a Zoom invite to speak.  If you do not have access to use Zoom, you may still dial in the phone number to speak.

* All submissions must be in by 4:00 PM the Friday prior to the City Council meeting.
