Zoning
The Zoning Department is responsible for various aspects of the use of properties in the City of Loves Park. Zoning consists of not only the use of the property, but also dictates building setback regulations, building size, height, parking requirements, signage, and landscaping. The Zoning Officer is responsible for enforcement of the adopted Zoning Ordinances and provides staff support for the Zoning Board of Appeals and City Council.
