City of Loves Park Trick or Treating will take place on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 from 5:30 PM-7:30 PM. Please use caution when driving during this time. Also, if you are Trick or Treating, we recommend carrying a flashlight to make yourself or your group more visible. Have a safe Halloween!
