EVENT NOTICE: Please join the Rockford Chapter VietNow as they present the National POW/MIA Recognition Day Candlelight Remembrance Ceremony, Friday, September 18, 2015 at 7:00 PM, Loves Park City Hall Auditorium, 100 Heart Blvd., Loves Park, IL 61111.
The program will be indoors and will involve at least 35 musicians. In place of the keynote speaker they will have a POW ten minute play done as a radio play. A reception follows the ceremony. Other usual elements of the Ceremony will include the reading of the names of the still missing from Illinois, and the POW/MIA missing man table ceremony. Pre-Concert starts at 6:30 PM POW/MIA Candlelight Remembrance Ceremony at 7:00 PM.
