Loves Park residents 65 years old & older are eligible for a discount on their Rock River Disposal garbage collection rate AND they are eligible for a discount on their water bills. Proof of age is required. Please apply at the Loves Park Water Department, 5440 Walker Ave, Loves Park, IL 61111, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
